The 16th Purley (7th Sanderstead) welcomes you to our annual Gruffy Fayre!
We’ve been running the fayre for over 50 years and aim to entertain and refresh all ages while raising funds to subsidise the activities we run for 80 local children aged 6 to 14 and maintain our local headquarters in Cranleigh Close.
For the more active among us there’s the climbing wall and coconut shy, or the more sedate might prefer our infamous fabulous American raffle with prizes from local sponsors, the bottle tombola or the jolly jar hoopla. From the legendary BBQ, the tea tent or the Gruffy Duck Bar there is something for everyone.
Throughout the afternoon Cubs from local Scout Groups will be competing in the inter pack football tournament, with a performance from Cavat School of Theatre Arts in between.
